Supreme Court Junior Court Assistant Vacancy 2026

Official advertisement में Junior Court Assistant की 250 tentative vacancies बताई गई हैं। “Tentative” का अर्थ है कि administrative requirement के अनुसार पदों की संख्या बढ़ या घट सकती है। इसलिए 250 को final category-wise vacancy न मानें।

Notification में SC के लिए 15%, ST के लिए 7.5%, OBC के लिए 27% और EWS के लिए 10% reservation लागू होने की बात कही गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities और Dependents of Freedom Fighters के लिए applicable horizontal reservation Supreme Court rules और notification की conditions के अनुसार रहेगा। Advertisement में category-wise exact vacancy table प्रकाशित नहीं की गई है, इसलिए किसी unofficial category breakup को official न मानें।

महत्वपूर्ण: Official advertisement में Objective Test की कोई निश्चित परीक्षा तारीख नहीं दी गई है। किसी coaching website या social-media post पर दिखाई गई अनुमानित exam date को official न मानें। Exam date, city और admit card का update केवल Supreme Court Recruitment page से जांचें।

Supreme Court JCA Eligibility 2026

Eligibility की calculation notification में निर्धारित cut-off date के अनुसार होगी। Form भरने से पहले degree, age और typing requirement तीनों को अलग-अलग जांचें।

1. Nationality

आवेदक भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए। Recruitment भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए notified है।

2. Educational Qualification

• मान्यता प्राप्त University से Bachelor’s Degree होनी चाहिए।
• Computer पर English typing speed कम-से-कम 35 words per minute होनी चाहिए।
• Computer operation का ज्ञान होना जरूरी है।

ये qualifications 1 सितंबर 2026 तक पूरी होनी चाहिए। जिन उम्मीदवारों का Graduation result cut-off date के बाद आया है या result awaited है, वे केवल expected qualification के आधार पर eligible नहीं माने जाएंगे। Degree और marks details application में certificate के अनुसार ही भरें।

3. Typing Speed का क्या अर्थ है?

35 WPM की English typing eligibility केवल form में दावा करने तक सीमित नहीं है। Selection process में computer पर अलग Typing Speed Test होगा। Notification के अनुसार test 10 मिनट का है और निर्धारित standard के अनुसार mistakes की सीमा लागू होगी। इसलिए आवेदन से पहले actual computer पर English passage typing का अभ्यास करें।

Supreme Court JCA Age Limit

उम्मीदवार की आयु 1 सितंबर 2026 को 18 वर्ष से कम और 30 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Date of Birth वही मान्य होगी जो Matriculation/Class 10 certificate में दर्ज है।

Age Relaxation

SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, Ex-Servicemen और Dependents of Freedom Fighters को applicable Government/Supreme Court rules के अनुसार upper-age relaxation मिल सकती है। Detailed advertisement ने इन categories के लिए अलग numeric relaxation table प्रकाशित नहीं की है; इसलिए बिना official rule देखे 3, 5 या 10 वर्ष की कोई एक संख्या सभी पर लागू मानना सही नहीं होगा।

Supreme Court Registry के ऐसे eligible regular employees, जिन्होंने तीन वर्ष की regular service पूरी कर ली है, उनके लिए notification में upper-age limit नहीं रखी गई है। दूसरी Government departments में कार्यरत उम्मीदवारों को केवल सरकारी कर्मचारी होने के आधार पर age relaxation नहीं दी जाएगी। Reservation या relaxation claim करने वाले candidate को competent authority द्वारा जारी valid certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Junior Court Assistant Salary

Junior Court Assistant को Pay Matrix के Level 6 में रखा गया है और शुरुआती Basic Pay ₹35,400 है। Advertisement में मौजूदा allowances तथा HRA को शामिल करके approximate gross salary ₹72,040 प्रति माह बताई गई है।

₹72,040 कोई fixed take-home salary नहीं है। Actual gross और in-hand amount posting, applicable allowances, HRA eligibility, NPS तथा अन्य deductions के कारण अलग हो सकता है। इसलिए इसे guaranteed bank-credit amount न समझें।

Supreme Court JCA Application Fee

Fee non-refundable है और केवल online mode में UCO Bank payment gateway के माध्यम से जमा होगी। दूसरे mode से भेजी गई fee या postal application स्वीकार नहीं होगी। Payment करने से पहले live form में अपनी category के सामने दिखाई गई fee जरूर मिलाएं। Transaction सफल होने के बाद receipt और final application PDF डाउनलोड करके सुरक्षित रखें।

Supreme Court JCA Selection Process

Selection केवल एक परीक्षा से नहीं होगा। Official process में नीचे दिए चरण शामिल हैं:

1. Objective Type Written Test;
2. Computer पर English Typing Speed Test;
3. English Language का Descriptive Written Test;
4. Interview;
5. Document verification और appointment से पहले लागू eligibility checks.

Stage 3: Descriptive Written Test

Descriptive Test की अवधि 2 घंटे है। Candidate को English comprehension के साथ concise writing, structured essay और formal letter writing का अभ्यास करना चाहिए।

Stage 4: Interview

Interview 25 marks का है और notification में 13 marks minimum qualifying standard बताया गया है। केवल Interview में उपस्थित होना selection की guarantee नहीं है। Candidate की eligibility, earlier stages के marks, original documents और applicable rules की जांच भी जरूरी होगी।

Exam Centre कैसे चुनें?
