PM Internship Scheme: Registration, Eligibility और Official Portal

PM Internship Scheme युवाओं को भारत की भागीदार कंपनियों में वास्तविक कार्यस्थल का अनुभव लेने का अवसर देती है। मौजूदा आधिकारिक जानकारी के अनुसार पात्र उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन प्रोफाइल बनाकर अपनी योग्यता, पसंदीदा क्षेत्र और स्थान के आधार पर paid internships खोज सकते हैं। चयन होने और internship join करने के बाद निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार ₹9,000 प्रति माह की न्यूनतम वित्तीय सहायता, ₹6,000 की एकमुश्त incidental support, बीमा सुरक्षा और सफलतापूर्वक internship पूरी करने पर verified digital certificate मिल सकता है।

यह योजना सरकारी नौकरी, बेरोजगारी भत्ता या सभी registered उम्मीदवारों को मिलने वाली निश्चित नकद राशि नहीं है। Registration करने से selection की गारंटी नहीं होती। Company अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों को shortlist करती है और financial assistance केवल चुने गए उम्मीदवार के वास्तविक रूप से join करने, जरूरी verification पूरा करने तथा attendance और conduct से जुड़ी शर्तें पूरी करने पर मिलती है।

PM Internship Scheme: एक नजर में पूरी जानकारी

PM Internship Scheme क्या है?

प्रधानमंत्री इंटर्नशिप योजना को Union Budget 2024-25 में घोषित किया गया था। इसका दीर्घकालिक लक्ष्य पांच वर्षों में एक करोड़ internship opportunities उपलब्ध कराना है। योजना का उद्देश्य केवल classroom knowledge देना नहीं, बल्कि युवाओं को company के वास्तविक work environment, team discipline, reporting system, workplace communication, safety practices और role-based skills से परिचित कराना है।

यह scheme Ministry of Corporate Affairs द्वारा एक centralized digital portal के माध्यम से लागू की जा रही है। Companies portal पर role, location, qualification, duration और application deadline के साथ opportunities post करती हैं। Candidate अपनी profile और preferences के आधार पर relevant internship खोजता है और online application submit करता है। Shortlisting और offer का निर्णय संबंधित company करती है।

अगस्त 2026 के सरकारी factsheet के अनुसार योजना के तहत 1,64,902 internship opportunities 31 sectors में उपलब्ध कराई जा चुकी थीं। अप्रैल 2026 के MCA अपडेट में 300 से अधिक participating companies और pilot phase के third round में ongoing postings की जानकारी दी गई थी। यह आंकड़ा scheme की reach बताता है, लेकिन इससे हर registered उम्मीदवार का selection पक्का नहीं होता।

PM Internship Scheme का नया eligibility update

22 अप्रैल 2026 को Ministry of Corporate Affairs ने eligibility में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव की सरकारी जानकारी जारी की। पहले pilot से जुड़ी सामग्री में 21 से 24 वर्ष और full-time education से बाहर रहने की शर्त प्रमुख थी। नए बदलाव में eligible age group 18 से 25 वर्ष बताया गया और final-year undergraduate तथा postgraduate students को भी apply करने की अनुमति दी गई।

Final-year student के लिए केवल college में पढ़ना पर्याप्त नहीं है। उसे बाकी eligibility conditions पूरी करनी होंगी और application process के दौरान अपने educational institution से No Objection Certificate (NOC) देना होगा। NOC ऐसे authorized official से जारी होना चाहिए जिसे institution ने यह अधिकार दिया हो, जैसे Head of Department, Dean, Principal या Training and Placement Officer। Portal या current circular में दिया format ही इस्तेमाल करें।

PM Internship Registration अभी खुला है या नहीं?

Official portal candidates को register करने, profile complete करने और उपलब्ध internships explore करने की सुविधा देता है। Portal यह भी बताता है कि internships नियमित रूप से post होती हैं और applicant को deadlines ध्यान से देखनी चाहिए। इसलिए “सभी applications की एक आखिरी तारीख” बताना भ्रामक होगा। किसी specific company की vacancy आज खुली हो सकती है और दूसरी की deadline समाप्त हो सकती है।

सही तरीका यह है कि पहले official portal पर profile तैयार रखें, फिर Featured Internships और matched opportunities को समय-समय पर देखें। किसी listing पर Apply बटन न दिखे, closing date निकल चुकी हो या profile match न हो तो उसी opportunity के लिए application स्वीकार नहीं होगा। अगली posting का इंतजार करें और किसी private agent को पैसे न दें।

PM Internship Scheme Eligibility: कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

Candidate की eligibility केवल age या qualification से तय नहीं होती। Portal पर दी गई सभी conditions, family-related restrictions और internship listing की role-specific requirement पूरी होना जरूरी है। सामान्य current conditions को सरल भाषा में नीचे समझें:

• Applicant भारत का नागरिक हो और official portal पर Aadhaar/eKYC आधारित registration पूरा कर सके।
• Application submit करते समय आयु 18 वर्ष से कम और 25 वर्ष से अधिक न हो।
• Candidate full-time employment में न हो।
• उसके पास internship listing के लिए मांगी गई eligible educational qualification हो।
• Online, distance या correspondence learning programme में enrolled eligible candidates apply कर सकते हैं।
• Eligible final-year full-time graduate/postgraduate student बाकी conditions और NOC requirement पूरी करके apply कर सकता है।
• Candidate, उसके माता-पिता या spouse में से किसी member की preceding financial year की income ₹12 लाख से अधिक न हो।
• Candidate, parent या spouse में से कोई permanent/regular government employee न हो; portal पर दी current definition ध्यान से पढ़ें।
• Candidate current PMIS non-eligibility list में शामिल qualification, institute या government training/apprenticeship category में न आता हो।
• Company द्वारा मांगी गई location, skill, language, qualification, availability और joining conditions पूरी हों।

Family का अर्थ: PMIS eligibility के लिए official FAQ में self, parents और spouse को family के दायरे में रखा गया है। Income या government employment से जुड़ी declaration भरते समय केवल अपने नाम की जानकारी देना पर्याप्त नहीं है। गलत declaration मिलने पर application reject हो सकती है या बाद में offer/benefit वापस लिया जा सकता है।

कौन-कौन सी educational qualification स्वीकार हो सकती है?

Available internship के अनुसार Secondary School/10th, Higher Secondary/12th, ITI certificate, Polytechnic Diploma, undergraduate या postgraduate qualification रखने वाले candidates eligible हो सकते हैं। Portal की current FAQ सामग्री में BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, B.E./B.Tech जैसे undergraduate और MA, M.Sc., M.Com, MCA, M.Tech जैसे eligible postgraduate examples दिए गए हैं।

यह list automatic eligibility की गारंटी नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए किसी Data Analytics role में specific degree या skill मांगी जा सकती है, जबकि operations role में qualification अलग हो सकती है। Apply करने से पहले listing में “Qualification”, “Eligibility”, “Location”, “Duration” और “Last date” पढ़ना जरूरी है।

Final-year students के लिए NOC क्यों जरूरी है?

Full-time final-year student को यह प्रमाण देना होता है कि internship में भाग लेने से उसकी academic requirements प्रभावित नहीं होंगी। NOC में candidate का नाम, programme/course, institution और authorized signatory की जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए। बिना मांगे किसी random format पर हस्ताक्षर न कराएं; portal या MCA circular में उपलब्ध वर्तमान format और instruction देखें।

कौन PM Internship Scheme के लिए eligible नहीं हो सकता?

Current FAQ और round-specific conditions के अनुसार नीचे दिए मामलों में candidate eligible नहीं हो सकता। Rules बदलने या किसी qualification के लिए clarification आने की स्थिति में official portal का current eligibility result अंतिम माना जाना चाहिए।

• Application की तारीख पर 18 वर्ष से कम या 25 वर्ष से अधिक आयु।
• Full-time employment में काम कर रहा candidate।
• ऐसा candidate जिसकी family definition में आने वाले किसी member की preceding financial year की income ₹12 लाख से अधिक हो।
• Family का कोई member permanent/regular government employee हो, current guideline की परिभाषा के अनुसार।
• ऐसा applicant जिसने NATS या NAPS के अंतर्गत apprenticeship/training पूरी की हो, जहां current round की exclusion लागू हो।
• Central या State Government की किसी ineligible skill, apprenticeship, internship या training programme में वर्तमान में भाग ले रहा candidate।
• Current FAQ में excluded premier institutions या specified professional/advanced qualifications की category में आने वाला candidate। इनमें IIT, IIM, NLU, IISER, NID, IIIT, IISc तथा CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MBA/PGDM/PGP, MPhil या PhD जैसी listed categories शामिल हो सकती हैं; final decision current portal rules से करें।
• Final-year UG/PG student जो required institutional NOC submit न करे।
• Application में गलत age, qualification, income, employment या family declaration देना।

PM Internship Scheme में ₹9,000 प्रति माह कैसे मिलते हैं?

Current official PMIS information के अनुसार internships paid हैं और selected intern को ₹9,000 प्रति माह की न्यूनतम financial assistance मिलती है। उपलब्ध 2026 official implementation documents में इसका structure ₹8,100 Central Government support और ₹900 host company contribution के रूप में बताया गया है। Company अपनी policy के अनुसार अतिरिक्त support या benefit दे सकती है, लेकिन ऐसा अतिरिक्त benefit हर listing में अनिवार्य नहीं है।

₹9,000 registration incentive नहीं है। यह राशि केवल application submit करने, shortlist होने या offer letter मिलने पर शुरू नहीं हो जाती। Candidate को offer accept करना, prescribed verification पूरा करना, company के पास physically join करना और attendance/conduct conditions पूरी करनी होती हैं। Company contribution तथा government DBT process में attendance data, joining confirmation और bank verification महत्वपूर्ण हो सकते हैं।

₹6,000 one-time incidental support क्या है?

Selected intern को internship join करने और लागू verification पूरा होने के बाद ₹6,000 की one-time incidental support दी जा सकती है। इसका उद्देश्य शुरुआती incidental expenses में मदद करना है। इसे हर applicant को मिलने वाली registration राशि न समझें। Payment की eligibility joining status, portal record, Aadhaar-seeded bank account और current scheme conditions पर निर्भर करेगी।

क्या company अलग से पैसा दे सकती है?

Official portal “additional company benefits” का उल्लेख करता है। किसी company की listing में transport, meals, accommodation, insurance top-up या अन्य सुविधा लिखी हो सकती है, लेकिन candidate को वही benefit मानना चाहिए जो offer letter या internship terms में स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा हो। किसी अनुमानित सुविधा को guaranteed benefit न मानें।

Internship 6 महीने की है या 9 महीने की?

Current official FAQ के अनुसार PMIS internships की अवधि 6 महीने या 9 महीने हो सकती है। अवधि nature of internship, sector और company requirement पर निर्भर करती है। Apply करते समय listing में लिखी duration ही मानें। Joining से पहले offer letter में start date, end date, working location और reporting terms दोबारा जांचें।

Internet पर 12-month internship वाली जानकारी भी दिखाई देती है क्योंकि 2024 के शुरुआती pilot guidelines में अवधि 12 महीने थी। उसे current opportunity पर automatic रूप से लागू नहीं करना चाहिए। पुराने article की तारीख और current portal listing में अंतर हो तो live official listing तथा नया MCA notice अधिक प्रासंगिक होगा।

किन sectors और roles में internship मिल सकती है?

PM Internship Scheme में opportunity केवल office desk job तक सीमित नहीं है। August 2026 के government factsheet में 31 sectors का उल्लेख है। Portal पर Banking Operations, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Marketing, Risk Management, Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, Infrastructure, Telecom, Retail, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Agriculture और allied activities जैसे अलग-अलग domains की opportunities दिखाई दे सकती हैं।

हर internship का work location और role अलग होता है। Candidate को केवल बड़ी company का नाम देखकर apply नहीं करना चाहिए। यह भी जांचें कि:

• Role आपकी qualification और career interest से जुड़ा है या नहीं।
• Location तक रोज आना संभव है या relocation करना होगा।
• Internship on-site है, field-based है या किसी plant/branch में है।
• Working hours, weekly off और safety requirements क्या हैं।
• Language, computer knowledge, technical skill या physical work की विशेष जरूरत है या नहीं।
• Duration और application deadline आपकी availability के अनुकूल हैं या नहीं।

PM Internship Registration के लिए जरूरी documents

Portal profile और eKYC के लिए documents पहले से तैयार रखने पर errors कम होते हैं। Exact requirement candidate category और internship के अनुसार बदल सकती है, लेकिन सामान्य रूप से नीचे दी चीजें उपयोगी होंगी:

• Aadhaar number और Aadhaar में सही नाम, date of birth तथा mobile details।
• Verified DigiLocker account, क्योंकि current registration/profile process में इसकी जरूरत दिखाई जाती है।
• Active personal mobile number और email ID।
• 10th/12th marksheet, ITI certificate, diploma, degree या applicable educational record।
• Current course और final-year status का प्रमाण, यदि student category में apply कर रहे हैं।
• Authorized educational institution द्वारा जारी NOC, eligible final-year UG/PG applicant के लिए।
• Candidate के नाम का active bank account, जिसमें Aadhaar seeding और DBT status सही हो।
• Address, state, district और profile details का सही record।
• Category या disability certificate केवल वहां जहां portal/listing इसे मांगे या preference/verification के लिए जरूरी हो।
• Recent clear photograph और portal द्वारा मांगे गए declaration/consent।

Aadhaar, marksheet और bank account में नाम अलग-अलग हो तो registration या payment verification अटक सकता है। Form submit करने से पहले spelling, date of birth, qualification year और bank seeding status जांचें। किसी cyber cafe में documents upload कराने के बाद public computer से downloaded copies हटवाएं।

PM Internship Scheme Apply Online: Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: केवल official portal खोलें

Browser में स्वयं pminternship.mca.gov.in टाइप करें। Google advertisement, WhatsApp link या समान नाम वाली private website पर Aadhaar details न भरें। Domain में mca.gov.in होना जरूरी है।

Step 2: New User/Register विकल्प चुनें

Candidate registration विकल्प खोलें और active mobile number से प्रक्रिया शुरू करें। OTP केवल official portal पर भरें। OTP किसी call, Telegram channel, WhatsApp agent या screen-sharing application के माध्यम से साझा न करें।

Step 3: Aadhaar/eKYC और DigiLocker verification पूरा करें

Portal के current instructions के अनुसार Aadhaar authentication/eKYC और DigiLocker based verification पूरा करें। Aadhaar में नाम या date of birth गलत हो तो पहले correction कराना बेहतर है। Verification बीच में असफल हो तो बार-बार अलग mobile से duplicate profile न बनाएं।

Step 4: Candidate profile सही भरें

Address, state, district, education, qualification, employment status, income declaration, family information और preferences सही दर्ज करें। गलत qualification चुनकर अधिक internships दिखाना बाद में document verification में rejection का कारण बन सकता है।

Step 5: Profile-generated CV जांचें

PM Internship Portal candidate की profile के आधार पर CV generate करने की सुविधा देता है। CV में नाम, qualification, skills और location preference ध्यान से देखें। अधूरी profile से unsuitable matches आ सकते हैं, इसलिए available sections complete करें।

Step 6: Internships search और filter करें

Featured Internships या search option में company, place, sector, role और qualification के आधार पर opportunities देखें। केवल first result पर apply न करें। दो या अधिक suitable listings की location, learning value, duration और deadline की तुलना करें।

Step 7: Listing की हर condition पढ़ें

Apply button दबाने से पहले role description, required qualification, location, duration, number of openings, closing date और company terms पढ़ें। Candidate FAQ में एक round में अधिकतम पांच internship options तक apply करने की जानकारी दी गई है; फिर भी आपके dashboard पर जो current limit दिखाई दे, वही लागू मानें।

Step 8: Application submit करके acknowledgement रखें

Final preview में declaration check करें, application submit करें और application/reference number सुरक्षित रखें। Screenshot के साथ date और selected role note कर लें। केवल profile बनाना और internship के लिए application submit करना दो अलग steps हैं।

Step 9: Dashboard पर status track करें

Login करके Applications, Offers या Current Status section देखें। Portal/manual में Internship Applied, Offer Received, Offer Accepted और joining-related status जैसे stages दिखाए जा सकते हैं। Email और SMS भी नियमित देखें, लेकिन message में मिले link पर click करने से पहले official domain verify करें।

Step 10: Offer ध्यान से पढ़कर accept करें

Offer मिलने पर company, role, location, joining date, duration और conditions पढ़ें। Candidate manual के अनुसार एक समय में अधिकतम दो active offer letters मिल सकते हैं, लेकिन candidate अंततः एक internship join करेगा। Offer acceptance deadline miss न करें और बिना समझे किसी document पर consent न दें।

Selection Process कैसे होता है?

Registration के बाद सभी candidates का automatic selection नहीं होता। Broad process इस प्रकार समझा जा सकता है:

1. Eligibility matching: Portal profile, age, qualification, preferences और listing conditions के आधार पर suitable opportunity दिखाई जाती है।
2. Application: Candidate उपलब्ध limit के भीतर preferred internships के लिए apply करता है।
3. Shortlisting: Company vacancy और role requirement के अनुसार applications की जांच करती है।
4. Verification/interaction: जरूरत होने पर company documents, phone call, virtual interaction या additional information मांग सकती है।
5. Offer letter: Selected candidate के dashboard पर official offer उपलब्ध कराया जाता है।
6. Acceptance: Candidate prescribed time में suitable offer accept करता है।
7. Joining: Candidate documents के साथ host company/location पर reporting और physical joining पूरी करता है।
8. Attendance और performance: Monthly assistance और successful completion के लिए attendance, conduct और assigned work महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।

Company किसी candidate को केवल इसलिए चुनने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है क्योंकि उसने पहले apply किया या eligibility पूरी की। Profile accuracy, role suitability, location preference, उपलब्ध seats और company assessment selection को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

Payment और DBT के लिए bank account कैसे तैयार रखें?

Government component DBT के माध्यम से भेजे जाने के लिए candidate का bank account active और Aadhaar से seeded होना चाहिए। Candidate manual में My Profile के भीतर Aadhaar Seeding Status check करने का विकल्प बताया गया है। केवल Aadhaar link होना और NPCI/DBT mapping active होना कभी-कभी अलग स्थिति हो सकती है, इसलिए अपने bank से DBT status की पुष्टि करें।

• Bank account candidate के अपने नाम पर रखें।
• Aadhaar और bank में नाम तथा date of birth mismatch ठीक कराएं।
• Dormant, frozen या closed account का उपयोग न करें।
• Bank branch से Aadhaar seeding/NPCI mapping की पुष्टि लें।
• Portal में account details बदलने की जरूरत हो तो केवल official option इस्तेमाल करें।
• Payment delay पर application number, joining date, attendance record और bank proof सुरक्षित रखें।

Payment न आने पर तुरंत नया bank account जोड़ने या agent को “DBT unlock fee” देने की जरूरत नहीं है। पहले company nodal person, PMIS dashboard और official helpline से status verify करें।

Insurance और Completion Certificate

Official government information के अनुसार interns को Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana और Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana के अंतर्गत insurance coverage से जोड़ा जाता है, लागू scheme conditions के अनुसार। यदि portal insurance details update करने को कहे तो prescribed deadline के भीतर सही bank और nomination information दें।

Internship सफलतापूर्वक पूरी करने पर MCA और host company द्वारा verified, digital और shareable completion certificate जारी किया जा सकता है। Certificate पाने के लिए केवल joining पर्याप्त नहीं है; prescribed duration, attendance, conduct और completion requirements पूरी करनी होंगी। बीच में internship छोड़ने पर certificate या assistance पर current terms लागू होंगी।

क्या internship के बाद नौकरी पक्की मिलती है?

नहीं। Official FAQ स्पष्ट करता है कि internship पूरी होने के बाद employment की guarantee नहीं है। PM Internship Scheme का उद्देश्य practical exposure, work experience और employability बढ़ाना है; यह सरकारी या private permanent job का appointment programme नहीं है।

अच्छा performance future opportunities में मदद कर सकता है और कोई company अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार आगे employment offer कर सकती है, लेकिन इसे scheme benefit या legal entitlement नहीं माना जा सकता। “Internship के बाद 100% नौकरी” कहकर fee मांगने वाले व्यक्ति से सावधान रहें।

Application में आम समस्याएं और उनके समाधान

OTP नहीं आ रहा

Mobile network जांचें, सही number भरें और कुछ समय बाद resend करें। बार-बार request करने से temporary restriction लग सकता है। किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति का mobile इस्तेमाल करके duplicate account न बनाएं।

Aadhaar/eKYC fail हो रहा

Aadhaar में नाम, date of birth और mobile details जांचें। Browser cache clear करके official portal दोबारा खोलें। समस्या बनी रहे तो error screenshot और समय note करके helpline से संपर्क करें।

Profile complete है लेकिन internship नहीं दिख रही

इसका अर्थ portal बंद होना जरूरी नहीं है। आपकी qualification, location, age, preference या current vacancies से match न होने के कारण result नहीं दिख सकता। Filters बदलें, Featured Internships देखें और नई postings के लिए बाद में login करें।

Apply button उपलब्ध नहीं है

Listing की deadline निकल चुकी हो सकती है, application limit पूरी हो सकती है या profile eligibility match नहीं कर रही होगी। Listing details और dashboard alert पढ़ें। Private link से अलग form न भरें।

Offer आया लेकिन location दूर है

Accept करने से पहले travel, रहने का खर्च, reporting date और company benefits समझें। केवल ₹9,000 देखकर ऐसा offer accept न करें जिसे नियमित रूप से attend करना संभव न हो। Offer rejection/expiry के परिणाम current portal instruction से जांचें।

Monthly assistance delay हो रही है

Joining confirmation, attendance submission, Aadhaar-bank seeding और portal status जांचें। Company coordinator और official helpline को application ID के साथ लिखें। OTP, UPI PIN या processing fee मांगने वाले व्यक्ति को जानकारी न दें।

वायरल दावों का सच

Fraud से बचने के लिए जरूरी सावधानियां

• केवल pminternship.mca.gov.in domain और official mobile app का उपयोग करें।
• Aadhaar OTP, bank OTP, ATM PIN, CVV या UPI PIN किसी को न बताएं।
• “Guaranteed selection”, “₹9,000 release fee” या “job confirmation charge” पर भरोसा न करें।
• WhatsApp/Telegram पर मिली APK file या remote screen-sharing app install न करें।
• Offer letter portal dashboard और official company communication से verify करें।
• Company के नाम से personal UPI ID पर security deposit न भेजें।
• Application ID, acknowledgement, offer letter और joining documents सुरक्षित रखें।
• संदेह होने पर multilingual PMIS helpline 1800-11-6090 पर संपर्क करें।

Current update eligible postgraduate qualifications को स्वीकार करता है और final-year PG students को NOC के साथ apply करने की अनुमति देता है। Excluded qualification/institution categories और listing-specific rules जरूर जांचें।

5. क्या distance education वाला candidate eligible है?

Official FAQ के अनुसार online, distance या correspondence learning programme में enrolled eligible candidates apply कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते वे बाकी conditions पूरी करें।

6. PM Internship Scheme में कितना stipend मिलता है?

Current official information ₹9,000 प्रति माह की minimum financial assistance बताती है। यह selection और joining के बाद attendance, verification तथा scheme conditions के अनुसार मिलती है।

Current non-eligibility conditions में self, parent या spouse के permanent/regular government employee होने पर restriction दी गई है। Contractual employment और “Government” की current definition portal FAQ से जांचें।

16. Payment के लिए कौन-सा bank account चाहिए?

Candidate के अपने नाम का active bank account रखें और Aadhaar seeding/DBT mapping सही कराएं। Portal के My Profile section या bank से status verify करें।

17. PM Internship Portal का official domain कौन-सा है?

Official domain https://pminternship.mca.gov.in/ है। इसी domain से registration, login और internship search करें।
