North Western Railway Apprentice Important Dates

North Western Railway Apprentice आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को RRC ने अंतिम दिनों की website traffic या technical problem से बचने के लिए समय रहते form submit करने की सलाह दी है। केवल registration कर लेना पर्याप्त नहीं है; जहां fee लागू है वहां successful payment और final submission के बाद application form डाउनलोड करना जरूरी है।

North Western Railway Apprentice official notification में 2,008 training slots को आठ Divisions/Units में बांटा गया है। उम्मीदवार केवल एक Unit चुन सकता है। Unit चुनने से पहले यह जांचना जरूरी है कि उस Unit में उम्मीदवार के ITI trade के लिए slot उपलब्ध है या नहीं। Final submission के बाद Unit या trade बदलने का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

ध्यान दें: PwBD और Ex-Servicemen के लिए दिखाई गई reserved training slots कुल 2,008 में शामिल हैं; उन्हें total में अलग से जोड़ना सही नहीं होगा। Notification के अनुसार training slots provisional हैं और प्रशासनिक आवश्यकता के आधार पर अंतिम selection के समय बढ़ या घट सकते हैं।

किन ITI Trades के लिए अवसर हैं?

Unit के अनुसार notified trades अलग-अलग हैं। इनमें Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Carpenter, Painter, Mason, Pipe Fitter, Welder, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Turner/Machinist, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Blacksmith तथा Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance जैसे trades शामिल हैं।

Educational Qualification

उम्मीदवार को आवेदन जमा करने की तारीख तक निम्न दोनों qualifications पूरी करनी होंगी:

• मान्यता प्राप्त Board से 10वीं या equivalent परीक्षा, 10+2 examination system के अंतर्गत, कम-से-कम 50% aggregate marks के साथ पास हो। Marks में rounding off नहीं किया जाएगा।
• चुने गए notified trade में NCVT या SCVT द्वारा जारी National Trade Certificate/ITI certificate हो।

Final examination का result आने की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे उम्मीदवार eligible नहीं माने जाएंगे। 10वीं और ITI qualification application submit करने की तारीख तक पूरी होनी चाहिए।

Age Limit

उम्मीदवार ने 6 नवंबर 2026 को 15 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर ली हो और 24 वर्ष की आयु पूरी न की हो। यानी सामान्य age range 15 से 24 वर्ष है। अंतिम eligibility Date of Birth और official certificates के आधार पर RRC तय करेगा।

Reservation का लाभ लेने वाले SC/ST उम्मीदवारों को Central Government format का caste certificate देना होगा। OBC उम्मीदवार के पास Central Government format का caste certificate, Non-Creamy Layer certificate और prescribed declaration होना चाहिए; notification में OBC-NCL certificate 1 अप्रैल 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होने की शर्त दी गई है। EWS तथा PwBD candidates को भी prescribed format में valid certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

Application Fee

Fee official payment gateway से Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking या portal पर उपलब्ध विकल्पों से जमा होगी। Transaction charges, यदि लागू हों, उम्मीदवार को देने होंगे। Payment के बाद e-receipt और final application डाउनलोड करके सुरक्षित रखें। रकम कटने के बाद form download न हो तो portal पर उपलब्ध “Verify Payment” विकल्प से status जांचें। किसी व्यक्ति के personal UPI या unofficial link पर fee न भेजें।

North Western Railway Apprentice Selection Process

Official notification में written examination या interview निर्धारित नहीं है। Selection की प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार होगी:

1. Merit list: 10वीं के सभी subjects के aggregate percentage और संबंधित ITI trade के certificate में दिए marks percentage का simple average निकाला जाएगा।
2. Unit/Trade/Community-wise panel: Merit list Division/Unit, trade और community के अनुसार उपलब्ध slots तक तैयार की जाएगी। कोई एक centralized final merit list नहीं बनेगी।
3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates के original certificates जांचे जाएंगे।
4. Medical Fitness: Prescribed format का medical certificate और लागू fitness standards पूरे करने होंगे।

Merit कैसे बनेगी?

Merit percentage = (10वीं percentage + ITI percentage) ÷ 2

उदाहरण के लिए, यदि किसी candidate के 10वीं में 80% और ITI में 86% marks हैं, तो समझाने के लिए उसका simple average 83% होगा। यह केवल calculation example है, expected cut-off या selection guarantee नहीं। Actual merit चुनी गई Unit, trade, category, valid applications और document verification पर निर्भर करेगी।

यदि दो candidates के merit marks समान हों तो अधिक आयु वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। Date of Birth भी समान होने पर 10वीं पहले पास करने वाले उम्मीदवार को पहले consider किया जाएगा।

आवेदन के लिए जरूरी Documents

Online form शुरू करने से पहले नीचे दिए documents और details तैयार रखें:

• Aadhaar Card और 12-digit Aadhaar number
• Class 10 marksheet और certificate
• संबंधित trade की ITI marksheet तथा NCVT/SCVT certificate
• SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate, यदि reservation claim कर रहे हैं
• PwBD certificate, यदि लागू हो
• Ex-Servicemen/Armed Forces related certificate, यदि लागू हो
• Active personal mobile number और email ID
• Recent colour photograph और scanned signature
• Online payment की सुविधा, जहां fee लागू है

Photograph और Signature की Official Specifications

• Photograph: 3.5 cm × 3.5 cm, colour JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 20 KB से 70 KB। Photo आवेदन की तारीख से तीन महीने से अधिक पुराना न हो और चेहरा सामने से साफ दिखाई दे; cap और sunglasses न हों।
• Signature: 3.5 cm × 2.5 cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 20 KB से 30 KB।

उम्मीदवार उसी photograph की कम-से-कम दो अतिरिक्त copies Document Verification के लिए सुरक्षित रखें। नाम, पिता का नाम और Date of Birth को 10वीं certificate के अनुसार ही भरें। Certificate और application में अंतर मिलने पर candidature रद्द हो सकती है।

North Western Railway Apprentice Apply Online कैसे करें?

1. RRC Jaipur की official website rrcjaipur.in खोलें।
2. 7 अक्टूबर 2026 से उपलब्ध Notice No. 04/2026 (NWR/AA) के online application link को खोलें।
3. पहले detailed notification पढ़कर अपनी age, 10वीं marks, ITI trade और category eligibility जांचें।
4. अपने Aadhaar number, active mobile number और email ID से registration पूरा करें।
5. नाम, पिता का नाम, Date of Birth और अन्य personal details 10वीं certificate के अनुसार भरें।
6. आठ उपलब्ध Units में से केवल एक Unit चुनें और सुनिश्चित करें कि उसमें आपके ITI trade का slot है।
7. 10वीं, ITI और category से जुड़ी details certificates के अनुसार दर्ज करें।

9. Final preview में spelling, DOB, category, Unit, trade, marks और contact details ध्यान से जांचें।
10. यदि fee लागू है तो official payment gateway से ₹100 जमा करें और payment status successful होने दें।
11. Final submit के बाद Registration Number, application form और e-receipt डाउनलोड करके सुरक्षित रखें।

Training Period, Stipend और Railway Job की सच्चाई

Notification में training period और stipend की कोई fixed रुपये वाली table नहीं दी गई है। दोनों Railway Board के समय-समय पर लागू rules और directions के अनुसार होंगे। इसलिए किसी unofficial website पर दिखाई गई एक निश्चित monthly salary को इस notification का confirmed stipend न मानें।

• Selected candidate को apprenticeship शुरू होने से पहले employer के साथ Contract of Apprenticeship करना होगा। Candidate minor हो तो guardian contract करेगा।
• Railway hostel accommodation उपलब्ध नहीं कराएगा; रहने की व्यवस्था selected candidate को स्वयं करनी होगी।
• Training पूरी होने के बाद candidate को release किया जाएगा।
• Apprenticeship training पूरी करने से North Western Railway या Indian Railways में permanent appointment का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।

Medical Fitness और Document Verification

Shortlisted candidate को original documents के साथ prescribed format में medical fitness certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा। यह certificate Central/State Hospital के Government-authorized Gazetted Doctor, जो Assistant Surgeon से नीचे rank का न हो, से signed होना चाहिए। Medical format official notification के Annexure-IV में दिया गया है।

Document Verification के लिए बुलाए गए उम्मीदवार को TA/DA या conveyance allowance नहीं मिलेगा। Original documents प्रस्तुत न करने, application में गलत जानकारी देने या fake certificate मिलने पर candidature किसी भी stage पर cancel की जा सकती है।
